• Gum screening for any signs of gum disease and further advice provided if necessary.
• Teeth cleaned of plaque and calculus using the latest techniques.
• recommendations on your hygiene recall appointments, which will be tailored to your needs.

The hygienist also offers Air polish stain removal treatment.

Air polish stain remocal treatment is the most up to date and effectice treatment for stain removal. The system uses s high pressure powder spray to remove not only plaque but stains too.

The treatment is great for people who maintan a good standard of oral hygiene but who have stains.

Do I have to be a patient with the practice to see the hygienist?

Changes is leislation now allow you to see any hygienist. This means that as long as you are attending a dentist regularly for check-ups you can see a hygienist within our practice for your hygiene needs. 

Please note cancelling hygieine appointments with 48 hours or less notice will incur a cancellation fee.
